We will need the following information: the name of the site where you made your purchase, the delivery reference(s), the contents of the parcel(s), your preferred mode of transport (Express Freight - Air Freight - Sea Freight) as well as the final recipient's contact details.

3. You will be informed once our logistics department has received your purchases, which will also handle their secure shipping according to your instructions.
Our contact in Kinshasa will get in touch with you to arrange collection of your purchases once they arrive.

4. You can also go through our Purchasing Centre, which can handle the purchase and shipping of your items for you. The advantage is that the Purchasing Centre invoices your items directly VAT-free.
