Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data North & South Airlogistics (NSA), which operates the kpm-group.com website under the trade name "KPM Logistics", collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights.
Data controller
The data controller is North & South Airlogistics (N.S.A.) — see our legal notice for its full identity, company registration number and registered office.
Data collected and purposes
Client account and quote requests
When you create an account or submit a quote request, we collect your name, email, phone number, address and a password (stored encrypted, never in plain text). Legal basis: performance of the contract you are requesting from us.
Delivery recipient details
The recipient of a shipment is not always the account holder — often a relative or third party for whom you are placing the order. We then collect their name, address and phone number, necessary for delivery. Legal basis: the necessity of performing the transport service you have requested — like any carrier, we do not need the recipient's individual consent to process the details necessary to deliver their parcel.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is collected with your consent, via our email service provider (Brevo).
Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses cookies (audience measurement via Google Analytics, consent preferences). Details of each cookie and how to manage your preferences can be found on our cookie policy.
Live chat
If you use the live chat available on the site, the messages exchanged are processed by our provider (Brevo Conversations) to respond to you.
Online payment
On the Brussels agency's online payment page, payment information goes directly to PayPal — we never collect or store your bank or card details.
reCAPTCHA
Some of our forms (registration, password reset) are protected by reCAPTCHA (Google), an anti-bot tool that analyses your browser and IP address.
Address autocomplete
When you enter an address in the quote request form, the text you type is sent in real time to OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (a free third-party service) to suggest matches.
International transfers
Our agencies in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa, Lubumbashi) are, to date, the only delivery destination outside the European Union that we serve from Europe, China and the United States: the recipient's details are transmitted there to enable delivery of the parcel. Legal basis: the necessity of performing the requested transport service (GDPR Art. 49.1.b). We do not have standard contractual clauses or a formal data transfer agreement with these agencies.
Our agencies in China, the United States and South Africa are, to date, departure points only: no shipment is currently delivered there from Europe, China or the United States. No recipient details are therefore transmitted to them. If a shipment departs from one of these agencies, only the sending client's data (which you have provided to us yourself) may be processed there, to arrange collection of the parcel.
Retention period
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time (see "Your rights" below). Registrations that are never activated are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data. You can delete your account and personal data yourself, at any time, from your client area. For any other request concerning your data, please contact us (see below).
Contact

Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium), the competent authority for NSA.
