Step 1: Registration
Please register with our service by emailing logistics-usa@kpm-group.com.
The following information is required: Your full name, the destination city, an email address, and a contact phone number.
If you are in the United States, we will also need your full physical address.

Step 2: Sending your items

* IMPORTANT: “Unit 1” must always be included, otherwise the parcel could be delivered to the wrong address.

Please note that this is a business address. Deliveries must therefore take place during our office opening hours (Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM (EST) - 4:00 PM (EST), Saturday & Sunday: Closed). We cannot be held responsible for parcels left outside these opening hours.

Step 3: Notification
Send us an email with the tracking numbers and parcel details. Once the items have arrived at our Delaware hub, our logistics team will send you an email confirming receipt. We will wait for your instructions by return email before proceeding with shipment.

Step 4: Payment
Once our team has prepared your goods for shipment, an invoice will be sent to you by email with a payment link. Payment can then be made via this link or at the destination agency. Shipments must be paid for before they are dispatched.

Step 5: Local contact
Once your items are available in the destination country, our local team will contact you regarding your parcel.
