Step 1: Registration
If you are already registered with KPM in the United States, there is no need to register again.
If you are new to our services, please register by sending an email with the subject line “Registration” to: info-de@kpm-group.com

Please include the following information:
• Full name
• Full physical address (if based in Europe)
• City of residence (if based in the DRC)
• Mobile phone number (WhatsApp preferred)
• Email address

Step 2: Sending your items
You can place your orders online or send your parcels directly to our hub in Germany:

Once your parcels arrive at our Marktbreit hub, our verification team will notify you by email.

Step 3: Notification
Send us an email with the tracking numbers and parcel details. Once the items have arrived at our Germany hub, our logistics team will send you an email confirming receipt. We will wait for your instructions by return email before proceeding with shipment.

Step 4: Payment
Once our team has prepared your goods for shipment, an invoice will be sent to you by email with a payment link. Payment can then be made via this link or at the destination agency. Shipments must be paid for before they are dispatched.

Step 5: Local contact
Once your items are available in the destination country, our local team will contact you regarding your parcel.
