Order Receipt
Our agencies become pick-up points for receiving your orders
Whether you used our Central Purchasing service or placed your order yourself, we take care of receiving your parcels at each of our agencies and then arrange their onward shipment.
Information needed to have your orders delivered:
- When placing your order, provide your personal details (first and last name, phone number, email) as well as the address of one of the KPM Logistics agencies as the delivery address.
- As soon as you receive your order confirmation, send it to us by email so we're informed of the delivery: nature of the goods, weight and, if applicable, package volume, supplier name, final recipient address, and desired transport type (Express Freight, Air Freight, Sea Freight or Bonded Transport).
- Once we receive your order, we will send you the details of your file along with the transport arrangements.
